GIRLS NIGHT OUT IS BACK!

Ladies, we’ve heard you — and we’re delighted to welcome back Girls Night Out at Thomas A Becket! 

We’re thrilled to be hosting an evening dedicated to relaxing, reconnecting, having a good laugh and, most importantly, taking some well-deserved time for YOU.

Here at Thomas A Becket, we love bringing our local community together, and we’re excited to provide the perfect setting for a fun-filled evening of delicious food, friendship and a little pampering too! 

 A little bit about us…

Did you know that Thomas A Becket was built in 1911 in the Tudor Revival/Queen Anne style?

Today, we’re proud to be a sophisticated yet relaxed dining pub, serving home-cooked meals and fine pub fare made with fresh, local ingredients sourced daily — including local meat, baked goods and real ale.

We also host a variety of events throughout the year, and our function rooms are available to hire for private occasions.

And yes… we have FREE PARKING!

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM GIRLS NIGHT OUT?

 Arrival: 6:45pm
 Finish: 10:00pm

You’ll be welcomed on arrival and shown to your designated table, where you can settle in, relax and enjoy the evening.

Depending on the treatment you’ve chosen, you’ll either enjoy your meal first or have your treatment before eating.

But there’s one golden rule: everyone will have their main meal together! 

Nobody gets left sitting on their own.

Whether you come with a group of friends, colleagues or decide to be brave and come along on your own, you’ll be made to feel welcome.

Catch up on the gossip, make some new friends, enjoy a delicious meal and let yourself be pampered. There’s no pressure and no hidden agenda — just a lovely evening to enjoy.

You could even book a whole table for your friends or make it a girls’ work social!

 CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD
Cos lettuce, Caesar dressing, anchovies, aged cheese & sourdough croutons.

 NO-WASTE CAULIFLOWER BHAJI BURGER
Suitable for a plant-based diet and vegetarians, with tamarind & date chutney, cucumber & mint yoghurt, pickled red onion and triple-cooked chips.

 TRADITIONAL FISH & CHIPS
Beer-battered haddock served with triple-cooked chips, mushy peas, tartare sauce & lemon.

 MINI SWEET TREATS

 Chocolate Brownie with a hot drink of your choice.

 Sticky Toffee Pudding with a hot drink of your choice.
